Heart Health
It’s true. There is compelling evidence that tea reduces the risk of heart disease, and may even prevent cancer and Alzheimer”s disease! Many studies show us how tea is highly beneficial to our health!
Super Food
Tea is considered a Super Food–whether it is black, green, white, or oolong. In fact, all of these teas come from the same tea plant, Camellia sinensis. The only difference is that the leaves are simply processed differently.

Reduce Risks
Research also suggests that regular tea drinkers–people who drink two or more cups per day–have significantly less heart disease, stroke, lower LDL Cholesterol, recover from heart attacks faster, and research further suggests that tea fights ovarian and breast cancer.
Anti-Oxidants
Tea is packed full of polyphenols, anti-oxidants that detoxify damaging free radicals in the body. Tea also has 8-10 times the polyphenols found in fruits and vegetables, according to long-time & well-known tea researcher John Weisburger.
