Oolong Tea![]() While black teas are fully oxidized and green teas are dried before they oxidize at all, oolongs span the entire range in between. Some are very lightly oxidized (10-20%), with a body that is very similar to green tea, but with a brighter, more floral aroma and less grassy flavor. On the other hand, some are more heavily oxidized, with a body more like a delicate black tea. In each case, oolongs offer a range of flavors and aromas that are not found in any other type of tea.
