Pu-Erh

While most teas are classified according to how they are processed (green, black, oolong are all a result of processing),  Pu-erh or Pu'er teas are actually named after the region of China in which they are grown. Most commonly, the name refers to teas that have been aged, fermented, and pressed into cakes, but Pu'er is also sold loose or pressed into cakes of green tea.
